On the night of August 16, 2003 TRF Movie Classics Theater said 'Good Bye' to the 2002/2003 Season with the Theater in the Sky Open Air screening of 'Hair'. The weather gods were kind and presented us with a clear, starry sky. And although the night turned out to be a bit chilly 27 'hippies', many in quite authentic love-peace costumes as you can see below, did indeed hold out until the end of the evening. 'Hippies' in rather elaborate costumes received 2 Frequent Viewer bonus points, other costumed viewers in more simple attire at least got 1 extra point. Only a few viewers showed up un-costumed. They were chastened with boos and hisses by the rest of the audience and had to sit in the back of the terrace. The film was very much liked by the whole audience and both the flower power spirit and lots of beer flowed freely among the guests. As the evening turned a little colder on the roof some viewers, who did not bring sweaters or blankets, kept warm by walking about the terrace while watching the film at the same time. This added some Woodstock flair to the event.

After the presentation ended, as scheduled, at a quarter to midnight and the first hour of the 17th arrived people wanted to congratulate Hürriyet to his birthday, only to find that the birthday kid had already gone to a near-by bar. Thus most of the audience followed him there to celebrate. There the party lasted until the wee-small hours of the morning.
